We used to provide printable forms on this site, but registration is now done on-line using YachtScoring.com. (This link has been updated for Spring 2017.) In addition, the Notice of Race (NOR) and Sailing Instructions (SI’s) for the racing season will be found on YachtScoring, as will the Scratch Sheet and, most important, Race Results.
You must register by the first week of May to compete in the first race.
YachtScoring is pretty simple – the following screenshots from 2010 will show you how registration works. The first screen you see is like this one. The red arrow shows what to click on:
Next you have to enter your email address – the first time you don’t have a password, so leave this blank and click on “continue…”:
This takes you to the Main Screen – all the items highlighted with a red asterisk MUST be filled out. You don’t have to select a division – we’ll take care of that later:
Once registered, the next screen sequence takes you through the payment process; note that you now can use PayPal to pay; if you have an account, you know the process. If not, you can use PayPal to pay by credit card without signing up for PayPal:
You’ll see this next – enter the amount to be paid, click “continue…”
And then you see this:
Click “continue…” and that will take you to PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you know the process. If not, you can pay by credit card without signing up for PayPal, as highlighted by the red circle:
The credit card screen is pretty standard – complete it and you’re all set!
Once you’re signed up, confirm that your boat is on the Entry List and check out the other BI items in YachtScoring.
